We help with everything from timeline and floorplan creation to wedding day-of coordination and event management to make your day a success.
For our couples who are extremely hands on and want to do a majority of the planning themselves, we offer day-of wedding coordination. For our couples who want more planning and design support, we also offer partial wedding planning services.
Regardless of the service you end up selecting, as soon as you book, our checkins can begin and you will be able to access to all of our Aulen Events tools and resources!

Our Base package offers day-of coordination support with all of the essentials needed to execute your event. This package is perfect for the clients who want to do the majority of the planning themselves but need assistance on the day of their event. From vendor management to timeline assistance, this package ensures your vision is executed seamlessly.
PREMIUM
Our Premium package offers the essential support needed to execute a seamless event. This package is perfect for the clients who need added support in the final stages of planning. In addition to what our Base package offers, the Premium also includes a venue walkthrough, ceremony rehearsal, and additional planning support.
ALL IN
Our All In package offers hands-on assistance throughout the planning process. In addition to what’s included in our Premium package, this package includes an extra planning meeting, a design consultation, access to the Aulen Events decor inventory, additional day of support, and more!
